The Jordan Ranch Foundation
The Foundation’s Mission
Created to benefit Jordan Ranch residents for generations to come, The Jordan Ranch Foundation has been formed to invest in the future of the community, supplementing and complementing the functions of the homeowners association.
As an entity entirely separate from and independent of Johnson Development, the Foundation enhances the services and resources of the community through sponsorship of programs, activities and events in and around Jordan Ranch.
How is it Funded?
The Foundation is funded by residents through community enhancement/endowment fees that have been assessed on every real estate transaction. This fee is a deed covenant, therefore, if a property is re-sold in the future, a contribution is made to the Foundation at closing. As Jordan Ranch expands, so does the Foundation, enabling it to contribute to enriching programs that improve the quality of life in the community.
Who Benefits? You Do!
The Foundation is expected to generate substantial funds on an annual basis. Those funds will support Jordan Ranch residents in multiple aspects of their lives. Areas of focus include:
- community events, clubs, groups and sports
- health and wellness
- the environment
How Does It Work?
The Foundation assists the Jordan Ranch Homeowners Association Board of Directors in determining areas of need and interest within the community. Residents submit requests for funding, which are then reviewed. The Foundation is patterned after successful models in outstanding residential communities throughout the nation, going above and beyond the responsibilities of traditional homeowners associations to provide their residents with the programs they need to flourish.
