Jordan Ranch is a Winner!

We know our many events are winners, but it’s always nice to get expert opinions. In this case, those opinions come from the judges for Houston’s Best PRISM Awards who awarded us the 2018 Event of the Year trophy for our Crazy for Cars bash.

If you missed out, Crazy for Cars was the inaugural event celebrating the completion of The Shed, our fabulous recreation complex. The event featured a collection of more than 50 classic and exotic cars, a hot and cold coffee bar, a live D.J. food trucks, bounce houses, interactive games and other child-friendly fun.

In addition, we took home trophies for Signage of the Year and Billboard of the Year.

Hosted by the Greater Houston Builders Association, PRISM awards celebrate the best of the best in sales, marketing and development for the Houston homebuilding industry over the past year.

Our developer Johnson Development and our sister communities also garnered a haul of PRISM awards — 14 in all. Johnson received two of the highest honors the GHBA bestows, Grand Awards for Developer of the Year and Promotion of the Year. Johnson was named as a finalist in 14 other categories.

Among our sister communities, Harvest Green in Richmond, Grand Central Park in Conroe and Veranda in Richmond took home multiple awards with Harvest Green scoring a PRISM for Master-planned Community of the Year.

Woodforest in South Montgomery County, Sienna Plantation in Missouri City and Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear were among the Johnson communities named finalists in the categories of Model Home Park of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Direct Mail Piece of the Year, Sales Brochure of the Year, Billboard of the Year and others.

We are proud to be part of the Johnson Development family. Dedicated to creating innovative communities that foster an active family lifestyle, Johnson has been consistently recognized as one of the top developers in the nation.

Congratulations to our developer and all of our sister communities!
