Looking for family fun with no clean up involved? Then follow the food trucks to Jordan Ranch, where we will be hosting once-a-month Bite Nite Fridays beginning March 29.
Dig into tasty food truck fare at The Shed at Jordan Ranch, 30757 Jordan Crossing Boulevard, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. March 29, April 26 and May 31. Each month, we’ll have tunes spun by a DJ, giant lawn games, a games truck and a bounce house for the kids.
Keep in mind that while most food trucks accept credit cards, some may be cash only.
This month will be a great one for barbecue lovers because Eaker Barbecue will be rolling into town. The truck run by pit-master Lance Eaker is just over a year old but it already has a devoted following. Eaker uses mesquite wood to slow-smoke his premium cuts of meat including brisket, pork, sausage and turkey.
We’re always happy to see Chef Chris Zettlemoyer and Renegade Kitchen Food Truck pulling up to The Shed. His Texas bistro cuisine blends fresh, seasonal ingredients with Cajun cooking techniques for delicious sandwiches and loaded fries.
And since it’s spring, we’ve got a light dessert of refreshing sorbet and Italian ice planned. Not only does Berry’s Ices offer a cool range of delectable treats, they are all dairy- and gluten-free, so everyone can indulge.
And that’s just March. In April, we’ll unleash furry fun with a salute to “National Kids and Pets” day with food and special activities for your furry friends (leashed, of course).
So, mark your calendars and skip the grocery store. We’ve got you covered.
