Jordan Ranch Earns Spot Among Nation’s Best-Selling

Builders have been busy in Jordan Ranch this year, so busy, in fact, that the community is now ranked among the nation’s 50 top-selling master-planned communities in 2022 RCLCO mid year report!

It’s the first time our community has been included in this elite ranking of 2022 RCLCO mid year report that includes the best selling master-planned communities. This list was compiled by Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO) and covers the first six months of 2022. During that time, our builders sold 205 new homes.

Buyers can find plenty to choose from in Jordan Ranch. Our seven homebuilders offer designs for 40-, 45-, 50-, 55-, 60-, 65- and 70-foot lots. What does that mean? Whatever size home you might need, you’ll find it in Jordan Ranch. And expanding our home offerings later this year is Beazer Homes, which is bringing it Duet Series of townhomes to the community.

Beyond our well-known builders, you’ll find an active lifestyle in Jordan Ranch. Residents have been keeping cool this summer by floating down the lazy river and lounging at the pool at The Shed recreation complex. Inside, The Shed offers a well-equipped fitness center and meeting space. Our younger residents love a trip to the playground and all ages make use of the tennis courts.

Our most unique amenity is Sunset Farm, 1.5 acres of vegetables, fruit trees and berry vines. A weekly farm stand is open each Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon to both residents and the public.
