Can I choose my builder?

What is an HOA?
An HOA, or homeowners association, is a part of any masterplanned community. Its purpose is to keep neighborhoods looking great, maintain amenities and preserve the value of your home.

What do HOA dues fund?
In order to keep the common areas beautiful, the pool clean and the re-sale value of your home high, homeowners are asked to pay HOA dues. Dues cover maintenance of common areas and amenities and provide recreational opportunities, among other things.

     

Can the public use community amenities?
Amenities such as the resort pool, clubhouse, trails and parks are for residents and their guests only.

How close are urban amenities?
Very close! The West Houston area is bustling with shopping, dining and entertainment options including shopping at Katy Mills Mall, slipping and sliding down the water slide at Typhoon Texas and exploring local art at the KCAM Contemporary Art Museum. Sugar Land and concerts at the Smart Financial Centre are a short drive away.
