The Legacy Lives On

When Chester and Bess Jordan arrived in Fulshear in 1936, it was the start of a timeless American tale. Chet and Bessie built a fine life on their ranch, hosting lively barn dances, supporting the local FFA, and building bridges and roads that brought people together. The Jordan’s work ethic and hospitality made a lasting impression on their community. And today, that spirit lives on at Jordan Ranch and in the people who call this place home.

Jordan Ranch is a 1,350-acre master-planned community with homesites for 2,800 single-family homes from award-winning home builders. The community will offer many amenities including a planned swimming complex and lazy river, pocket parks and hike and bike trails.

Plus, plans from seven award-winning Houston home builders will provide unlimited options to suit any lifestyle on a variety of homesite sizes.
