More Restaurants, Retail Coming Minutes From Jordan Ranch

Imagine dining at a patio restaurant while watching your children play under the nearby 200-year-old live oak tree, just minutes from your front door. That’s exactly what’s coming to Heritage Grove — the newest phase of Texas Heritage Marketplace, and easily one of the most unique dining and retail concepts in the area.

Unlike typical suburban retail centers, Heritage Grove is being built around a centuries-old live oak tree at its center that is set within a community green space. Under its immense canopy will be a boardwalk and playground. Approximately 35,000 square feet of restaurants and retail will surround the space, with developer NewQuest Properties already announcing Aji Izakaya, Escalante’s, and Tony C’s Beer Garden. A 40,000-square-foot EoS Fitness will sit behind the green space.

And Heritage Grove is only part of the massive Texas Heritage Marketplace, that is estimated to bring more than 750,000 square feet of restaurants and retail to our doorstep. Construction continues on a 148,000-square-foot Target slated to open this fall. Also opening this year at the center are Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, and Whataburger.

Construction recently started on several stores expected to open early next year, including Academy Sports + Outdoors, Burlington, Spec’s Fine Wines & Spirits, and Ulta Beauty.

It all is taking shape at the southeast corner of Texas Heritage Parkway and Interstate 10, minutes from Jordan Ranch. Residents already have beautiful homesamenities that make every day a play day, and an onsite elementary school. Now add easy errands and Friday night dinners out to the list of reasons to live in Jordan Ranch.
